Even though you have already made the decision to seek help, finding the right therapy for you, and the right therapist can seem daunting. To make it easier, I am happy to offer you a free initial consultation. This will usually last around 4o minutes, but it can be a bit less or a bit more.
This session lets you find out how we would work together and you can decide if we are a good fit. We will talk about why you are looking for help, and I'll be able to understand how I can help you.
