The Being You is Enough Bedtime Recording is for you if:

its also for anyone who benefits from calm, kind words at bedtime
It can be used nightly or just during emotionally full or busy times.

It’s a gentle tool that helps train your mind for sleep, through repetition, calm language and relaxation cues.

The Being You Is Enough Bedtime Recording includes:

The recording lasts 18 minutes and can be replayed as often as needed.
How do I listen to the recording?

download and save the track if you can
-
listen once you are settled comfortably in bed
-
play quietly in the room or use headphones if preferred
-
allow sleep to come naturally - there’s no right or wrong way to listen
-
you can listen to it nightly (especially to start with) and then less often, or use it for occasional support, whatever is right for you
Some children fall asleep quickly. Others simply rest and relax. Both are completely fine.
